Position Summary:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing marketing processes and driving business impact? MOCA Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations to develop and lead our marketing execution and operations strategy. You'll "own" the playbooks for campaign design, orchestration, attribution, lead scoring, and ABM and nurture frameworks, directly tying our efforts to our business goals.

As a critical team member, you will ensure the health and integrity of our data, drive focus on marketing and funnel performance, and continuously improve acquisition and conversion metrics. Your expertise in martech management, data architecture, and operational excellence will be pivotal in enhancing productivity and marketing efficiency across our teams. Essential Functions:
Strategy:
  • Work across marketing and sales/revenue ops to create and lead our marketing execution and operations strategy tied directly to business goals.
  • Own the playbooks for campaign design and orchestration. This includes attribution, lead scoring, ABM, and nurture frameworks.
  • Perform on-going industry research to find content gaps.

Data Management and Insights:
  • Ensure the health and data integrity of the contact database.
  • Bring focus to marketing and funnel performance, continuously improving funnel acquisition and conversion.
  • Understand the process and flow of data throughout the tooling architecture to quickly diagnose and solve problems experienced by the marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain data structure to expand account-based marketing, personalization, dynamic content and marketing attribution.
Technology:
  • Oversee the management and health of the martech stack.
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendor relationships to improve productivity and marketing efficiency.
Co-Lead Operational Excellence:
  • Closely align with Sales/Revenue Operations and Marketing to ensure campaigns have the maximum impact on the funnel.
  • Experiment with calculated risk and new processes to improve execution.
  • Spearhead adoption, management, and ongoing review of marketing operational processes in pursuit of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration, support, and timely feedback from Marketing, Sales, Revenue/Sales Operations, and leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing operations for B2B companies.
  • Self-starter and independent thinker with strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deadline oriented and disciplined operational leader.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative with a strong sense of urgency and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities.
  • Experience with managing and improving lead generation funnels.
  • Familiar with audience engagement tactics, analysis, and research.
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with analytical concepts and their use in optimizing content strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A working knowledge of on-site SEO, such as site structure, internal linking, optimizing content, etc.
  • Construction industry (including construction technology) experience is a plus.
Platform Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Marketo
    • Pardot
    • Salesforce
    • Wordpress
    • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
    • LeanData experience is a plus
    • Basic HTML/CSS skills is a plus
    • Understanding of UI/UX best practices is a plus
