Hiring Range:    $65,000 - $72,500

Summary:

The Human Resource Partner is an entry level professional who will work closely with HR management and company leadership to implement and execute HR programs, including corporate policies, talent management, talent acquisition, and engagement initiatives. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is adaptable, analytical, proactive, and ready to make a significant impact while growing your career in Human Resources.

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week on-site in our Boston, MA offices.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide proactive support within the Human Resources Department, while acting as a point of contact for staff on HR policies and procedures, ensuring interpretations align with both company culture and stated organizational policies and further reaching regulations.
  • Administer on-boarding and new hire processes to ensure smooth and consistent employee experience. Ensure accurate new hire setup in the HRIS, monitor new hire progress though on-boarding ensuring they are following the proper steps in a timely manner, process background checks, and verify Form I-9 documents.
  • Assist with entering and updating employee information in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.  Support the maintenance of employee records and documentation in electronic filing systems.
  • Actively participate in talent acquisition functions including but not limited to, posting job requisitions on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other job boards, reviewing applicant pool, and screening potential candidates.
  • Assists with the administration of talent and performance initiatives, including the communication of processes, tracking key metrics, and creating reports and related documents.
  • Partners with HR and company leadership to design and implement engagement and recognition initiatives that resonate with in-person, remote, or hybrid employees (e.g., virtual team-builders or events).
  • Supports HR leadership in documenting employee relations matters; assists in ensuring compliance with standards across the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks such as departmental filing, scheduling, and activity coordination, and occasional backup support for administrative functions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • Prior Human Resource experience or related internship experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, from entry-level to leadership
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential employee information with total professionalism
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Interest in or experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and agents to automate or enhance processes desired
  • Prism HRIS and Jazz ATS experience is a plus
