Title: Marketing Asset Manager
Location: Remote (eastern or central US time zone-based)

Position Summary:
MOCA is seeking a Marketing Asset Manager to improve how prospective and current customers find information, understand our software and services, and take the next step across our corporate, Touchplan, and MOCA Services websites. This hands-on role combines website design, WordPress and Elementor expertise, and making data-informed improvements to the customer journey.

You will turn business goals and audience needs into clear navigation, effective page layouts, and useful content experiences. Working with marketing colleagues and external developers, you will own day-to-day website execution and maintain a prioritized plan for improving usability and conversion performance. You will also manage and maintain our marketing and brand assets, ensuring materials remain current, organized, and consistent with approved branding and messaging.  While this is a remote position, the company is seeking applicant located in either the eastern or central time zone of the United States.

Essential Functions:

Customer Journey and Website Design

  • Map key visitor journeys, from initial discovery through evaluation, inquiry, and access to customer resources. Identify confusing navigation, missing information, and barriers to taking action.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to site structure, navigation, page hierarchy, internal links, and calls to action based on audience needs and business priorities.
  • Design and build pages and landing pages in WordPress using Elementor. Apply strong visual judgment to typography, spacing, imagery, and content hierarchy across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.
  • Create reusable page templates and components that support consistent branding and efficient updates across the websites.

Website Performance and Conversion

  • Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity/heatmap tools, user feedback, and behavior analysis tools to identify where visitors struggle and prioritize improvements.
  • Improve inquiry and demo request journeys, including forms and confirmation experiences. Coordinate with marketing operations to verify tracking, CRM connections, and lead routing.
  • Develop testable recommendations for page layouts, messaging, and calls to action. Use A/B testing where traffic supports meaningful results and usability testing to inform other changes.
  • Report on website performance with clear recommendations, tracking priority actions and qualified inquiries alongside traffic and engagement.
      WordPress Management and Website Quality
  • Manage routine WordPress content updates and publishing, including page edits, announcements, and job postings. Coordinate hosting, plugin and theme updates, backups, and troubleshooting with hosting and development providers.
  • Test pages, navigation, links, and forms across browsers and devices. Apply accessibility practices for headings, contrast, alternative text, keyboard access, and form labels, and coordinate remediation with developers.
  • Monitor page speed and site health, optimize images and page assets, and collaborate regularly with developers to identify, prioritize, and resolve performance and technical issues.

Search Visibility and Content

  • Apply on-page SEO practices, including descriptive page titles, meta descriptions, logical headings, and internal links. Monitor indexing and crawl issues and coordinate technical fixes with developers as needed.
  • Work with content and marketing colleagues to organize and adapt product, service, industry, and customer content for website visitors. Keep claims, statistics, client logos, and resource links current.

Digital Asset Management and Brand Support

  • Maintain website design standards and document reusable templates and publishing practices. Apply approved brand guidelines consistently across digital content.
  • Support the organization and upkeep of marketing assets, ensuring teams can find current, approved versions.
  • Package emails and newsletters using approved copy and assets. Build and format email layouts, apply brand standards, and test mobile display, links, and calls to action. Coordinate with marketing operations on audience targeting and sending.

Qualifications/Experience - Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web design, graphic design, digital media, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in website management, digital design, or digital marketing, with direct responsibility for improving business websites.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress websites with Elementor, including responsive layouts, reusable templates, and routine troubleshooting.
  • A portfolio showing strong web design judgment and examples of customer journey, usability, or conversion improvements.
  • Practical understanding of user experience, website navigation, accessibility, on-page SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience interpreting Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data and using findings to recommend website changes.
  • Strong editing, quality assurance, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing requests and collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications/Experience - Preferred:
Experience with B2B software, professional services, and/or the AEC industry; Elementor; basic HTML and CSS; Pardot/MCAE, Figma or Adobe design tools; behavior analysis or usability testing tools; and marketing automation or CRM integrations. Familiarity with Flywheel hosting and SEO tools such as Yoast or Semrush is helpful.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
